Terms of Service

By creating an account or using the MyLeadBots application at myleadbots.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and by the accompanying Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

These terms form a binding agreement between you and MyLeadBots ("we", "our", "us"). If you are using MyLeadBots on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that company to these terms.

MyLeadBots is an AI-powered lead intelligence platform that lets you discover local businesses, run multi-agent audits of their online presence, and generate personalized demo websites to showcase your services. The exact set of features available to you depends on the plan you're subscribed to.

We may introduce, change, or remove features at any time. Material changes that reduce core functionality of a paid plan will be communicated to affected customers by email with reasonable notice.

You must be at least 16 years old and capable of forming a binding contract under applicable law to use MyLeadBots. The Service is intended for business use, not personal or household purposes.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for everything that happens under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree not to use MyLeadBots to:

• Violate any law, regulation, or third-party rights
• Send spam, unsolicited commercial messages, or content that violates anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, etc.) in the jurisdictions you operate in
• Scrape, harvest, or otherwise collect personal data about individuals beyond the publicly available business information the Service is designed to surface
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code, model weights, or proprietary logic from the Service
• Interfere with, overload, or attempt to disrupt the Service or its underlying infrastructure
• Resell, sublicense, or offer the Service as a managed offering to third parties without our written consent
• Use the Service to train a competing AI model or benchmark against us for a product that substitutes MyLeadBots

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates this section.

MyLeadBots offers subscription plans and one-time credit packs, processed through Polar. By subscribing you authorize Polar to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

• Credits. Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance. Credits expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over unless explicitly stated on the pricing page.
• Upgrades and downgrades. You can change plans at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and add credits proportionally. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
• Cancellation. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page. Access continues until the end of the current billing period; there are no partial refunds for unused time.
• Rescue packs. One-time credit purchases are non-refundable once credits have been consumed.
• Taxes. All fees are exclusive of taxes. You are responsible for any VAT, GST, sales tax, or similar charge applicable in your jurisdiction.

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of the charge. We evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are generally not issued for services already delivered (consumed credits, completed audit runs, generated demo sites).

MyLeadBots, including its source code, design, agent architecture, and brand assets, is the intellectual property of MyLeadBots and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your business operations while your account is active.

Your content. You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service (campaign configurations, uploaded lead lists, saved notes). You grant us a license to process that content for the purpose of operating the Service on your behalf.

Generated outputs. You own the audit reports and demo sites the Service generates for you. We make no claim on that output. Note that AI-generated content may share similarity with outputs generated for other customers on similar inputs.

The Service ingests publicly available business information from sources including Google Maps, Google Business Profiles, and public websites. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of this data complies with the laws applicable to you and the terms of service of the sources we integrate with. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any third-party data surfaced by the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY OF AI-GENERATED OUTPUT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data returned by our agents will be accurate or current. Business decisions based on MyLeadBots output are at your own risk.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MYLEADBOTS AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyLeadBots from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party right — including claims that your use of discovered data breached anti-spam, privacy, or intellectual-property laws.

You may delete your account at any time from the settings page. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially violate these terms, fail to pay, or engage in abusive behavior toward our team or other users.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Sections of these terms that by their nature should survive termination (IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law) will survive.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify registered users by email. Continued use of the Service after a material change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which MyLeadBots is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or the Service will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws require otherwise.
