Refund Policy

01

Overview

We want every customer to be confident in their purchase. This refund policy explains when you can request a refund, what is non-refundable, and how to reach us.

02

Subscription plans

All subscription plans (Solo, Pro, Agency) renew monthly. You may cancel at any time from the billing page — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain full access until then.

If you cancel within 7 days of your first subscription payment and have not consumed more than 10% of the plan's monthly credits, you may request a full refund by emailing [email protected].

Renewal payments are non-refundable once credits for that billing period have been delivered to your account. If you no longer need the service, cancel before the next renewal date shown on your billing page.

03

Rescue packs (one-time top-ups)

Rescue packs are one-time credit purchases that never expire. Because credits are delivered instantly and can be used immediately, rescue packs are non-refundable once the purchase is complete.

If you purchased a rescue pack by mistake and have not used any of the credits, contact us within 24 hours at [email protected] and we will review your request.

04

Failed payments and dunning

If a renewal payment fails, Paddle (our payment processor) automatically retries according to a configurable dunning schedule. During this grace period your subscription remains active. If all retries fail, the subscription is canceled and no further charges are made. No refund is needed because no successful charge occurred.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with:

  • Your account email address
  • The transaction or order you are requesting a refund for
  • A brief reason for the request

We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Paddle and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.
